主機(jī)排氣閥桿的翻新采用氣體保護(hù)焊，選用鎳基材料施焊，耐腐蝕耐高溫。排氣閥座閥面采用等離子焊，司太立材料，耐高溫耐燒蝕，按MAN原廠圖紙精加工，W型閥面密封效果好。該批次備件來自臺(tái)灣某國際航運(yùn)公司大型集裝箱輪。我司嚴(yán)格工藝把關(guān)，選用優(yōu)質(zhì)焊材施焊，確保裝機(jī)使用壽命。

ME Exhaust Valve Spindle is reconditioned with Nimonic material by argon protected welding, which anti-corrosive & high-temperature resistance. Exh Valve Seat is reconditioned with stelliete material by plasma arc welding, fine machined the W valve seating according to MAN original sketch. The owner is a famous Container Shipping company in Taiwang. Your engine, my preciseness.
